The integrated pillow pocket allows for additional items like a jacket or Fillo™ to be stuffed inside for added comfort, while the Blanket Fold™ draft collar offers extra warmth and temperature control during transitional seasons. The left zipper on the men's version and the right zipper on the women's version allow two Tempos to be zipped together for a double size sleeping bag.

Brand Story

The idea for NEMO in 2002 on the side of Mount Washington, where founder Cam Brensinger spent five sleepless hours in a poorly designed bivy. That night, he realized how much opportunity there was for thoughtful design as part of the equation for enjoying adventure. Coming down the mountain the next day, he resolved to tackle that challenge. Cam founded NEMO Equipment that spring of his senior year at the Rhode Island School of Design, and opened NEMO's first office in Nashua, New Hampshire three days after graduation. The name NEMO was inspired by Jules Verne’s Captain Nemo and coincidentally alluded to "New England Mountain Outfitters."
